RYE51 will gladly accept returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. All items returned must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Returned item must have all original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Items sold for a discount of 30% off or greater are final sale and not eligible for return.

Prior to sending back return items, please email info@rye51.com to receive your return authorization code. 

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. RYE 51 will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the RYE 51 returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to customer with an explanation.

Merchandise exchange can be made at our RYE 51 store in Houston for in store credit only.

Restocking Fee

Your return may be subject to a restocking fee, applied at our discretion, of up to 20% of the cost of the goods being returned. When required this is necessary to cover credit card transaction fees and other costs incurred during processing.

Price Adjustments

If within 7 days of purchase RYE 51 discounts an item from regular retail price, we are happy to provide a price adjustment to our customers. Special promotions are exempt from price adjustments, email us at info@rye51.com for questions regarding price adjustments. All sales are final on items that receive a price adjustment.
